CiCi is blind and deaf and very nervous in unfamiliar surroundings. The set up is perfect for my dog and the 1-1 care is exactly what she needs, Yvonne knew how to handle her and keep her calm. She was very patient and did an excellent job and her cut is perfect. Yvonne also gave me some great recommendations for alternative products that I can use to help CiCi's skin conditions. I definitely recommend Mucky Paws
Izzy is a deaf rescue and was scared of absolutely everything, your calm approach and kindness has made a previous grooming nightmare into something Izzy is very content with. I applaud you and so does Izzy.
Yvonne is fantastic, so friendly and caring, really treats our little Ruby Slippers as her own. We've been coming to Mucky Paws every 6 weeks for a while and it's definitely the best service we've had. Ruby smells amazing afterwards and loves her blueberry facial. Yvonne went out of her way to cater to their needs and was kind, communicative and utterly professional. The boys can't wait to go back ... even Otis who hates being clean
